Spicy Buffalo Chicken Ring

The true winner of all things football… buffalo chicken. This buffalo chicken ring is the perfect mix of sweet & spicy and is so easy to make for being so dang good.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce 1/2 for extra spicy
  • 1/2 block cream cheese 4 oz
  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing optional

Instructions

    Add cream cheese to a large pot on the stove and heat on medium until softened. Then add chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and optional ranch dressing. Cook on medium-low until mixed together well.
  • Start with 1 pack of crescent rolls and lay out to make a circle on your baking sheet.
  • Using second pack, fill in the gaps on your baking sheet.
  • Spread buffalo chicken dip along the inner part of your crescent roll “ring” and top with a layer of cheese.
  • Fold the crescent rolls over and tuck underneath in the middle of the ring.
  • Brush the tops with butter before cooking at 325 for 20-25 minutes until crescent rolls are golden brown.
  • Serve with a side of ranch and enjoy!

Notes

There are a few alternative options to making the buffalo chicken in the crockpot.
1. Add all items to a baking dish and cook in the oven. Shred chicken once cooked and mix everything together.
2. Add all items to a crockpot and cook until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken and mix everything together.
