Protein Cheesecake Bites
Made with only 5 ingredients and 5 grams of protein per bite! The perfect dessert that cures my sweet tooth and keeps me on track. Add a dollop of your choice of jam, optional whip cream, and enjoy this delicious & easy sweet treatÂ
CRUST
- 3 sheets graham crackers crushed
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
CHEESECAKE
- 2.5 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 1.5 cups greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 2 scoops protein powder vanilla
- 1 tbsp jam per cheesecake, optional
Preheat oven to 350 and spray mini cupcake pan with nonstick spray.
Crush graham crackers and mix with syrup. Line the bottom of cupcake tins with a spoonful of this mixture and flatten.
Mix yogurt, protein powder, and cream cheese. Fill cupcake tins (to the top) with this mixture.
Bake for ~30 minutes and allow to cool in the fridge.
Top with optional layer of jam & whipped cream and enjoy!
