Oreo Rice Krispy Treats
Rice Krispy Treats are already an amazing treat on their own, add in Oreos (aka the best cookie) and it somehow makes them even better. These are my go-to when I don't have a ton of time but need to whip up something quick & delicious for a party or get together. And they only take 1 pot to clean and that's always a win in our kitchen. :)
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cups rice krispy cereal
- 10 oz bag of marshmallows
- 6-8 oreos crushed
Instructions
- Mix together cereal and crushed oreos in a large bowl and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large pot and add marshmallows. Stir continuously until marshmallows are melted down.
- Pour melted marshmallows over your cereal/oreo mixture and stir, coating in marshmallow.
- Use a greased spatula or fork to press evenly into a 9 x 13 pan. (I suggest using parchment paper!)
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
