Italian Grinder Sliders
These have easily become our new favorite sliders, they’re so freaking good. Add your favorite meats and cheeses, pop in the oven, and top with your favorites.
- choice of meats- ham, salami, pepperoni
- provolone
- hawaiian rolls
- mayo
- butter
TOPPING
- lettuce
- banana peppers
- olive oil
- oregano
- vinegar
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and set top aside.
Spread mayo, layer cheese & meat (make sure cheese is on the bottom) and add top of Hawaiian rolls.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
While that bakes, add about 1 cup lettuce to a large bowl and mix with 2 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano, 2 tsp olive oil, and 2 tsp vinegar. Optional add chopped jalapeños or banana peppers.
When sliders are done, remove top and add lettuce mixture. Add top, slice, and enjoy!
