Italian Grinder Sliders

These have easily become our new favorite sliders, they’re so freaking good. Add your favorite meats and cheeses, pop in the oven, and top with your favorites.

Ingredients
  

  • choice of meats- ham, salami, pepperoni
  • provolone
  • hawaiian rolls
  • mayo
  • butter

TOPPING

  • lettuce
  • banana peppers
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and set top aside.
  • Spread mayo, layer cheese & meat (make sure cheese is on the bottom) and add top of Hawaiian rolls.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • While that bakes, add about 1 cup lettuce to a large bowl and mix with 2 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano, 2 tsp olive oil, and 2 tsp vinegar. Optional add chopped jalapeños or banana peppers.
  • When sliders are done, remove top and add lettuce mixture. Add top, slice, and enjoy!
