High Protein Peanut Butter Cup
An easy, delicious, macro-friendly dessert. It's packed with protein and there are SO many different ways to make it. I may or may not have eaten it every single day for the past two weeks, and I have zero shame for that. :)
- 150 g vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tsp water
Mix together greek yogurt, peanut butter, and powdered peanut butter.
Microwave chocolate chips and water until melted.
Pour melted chocolate over yogurt mixture and add toppings of your choice.
Allow chocolate to harden in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
