The perfect meal to prep on a Sunday and eat for lunch the whole week! It has so much flavor and honestly leaves me feeling more satisfied than eating an actual burger. You can customize to make it however you'd like, and the dressing adds so much to the bowl and is super macro friendly.
Bowl
- ground meat warmed or chilled
- toppings of your choice
Dressing
- 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 0.5 tbsp mayo
- 0.5-1 tbsp relish
- 0.5 tbsp ketchup
- 0.5-1 tsp mustard
