Ingredients

rice chex

powdered sugar
Instructions
Add rice chex to a large bowl and set aside.
On medium heat, add butter to a pot. When softened, add peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Stir mixture continuously until creamy before removing from heat and pouring over Chex.
Mix until the Chex are evenly coated.
Separate Chex mixture into 2 gallon size bags, adding half the powdered sugar to each one. Shake to coat.
Lay powdered sugar coated chex in an even layer on wax or parchment paper to cool for ~20 minutes.
Once cooled, transfer to a large bowl and add in remaining ingredients. Optional: top with sprinkles.
Notes
-Optional mix ins: marshmallows, mini Reese's eggs, Cadbury eggs, mini pretzels, cheerios.
