Dump & Go White Chicken Chili
Minimal effort + minimal ingredients! One of our favorite busy weeknight dinners or for a cozy Sunday with the crockpot (or stove option!) going while you relax on the couch. This can also be made without a crockpot and just in a large pot! It's full of so much flavor and tons of protein, I promise it'll be a family favorite.

Calories 468 kcal
- 2.5 cups shredded chicken or 2 chicken breast
- 1 15 oz can corn drained
- 1 15 oz can beans undrained
- 1 10 oz can rotel undrained
- 1 packet taco seasoning 3 tbsp
- 1 packet ranch seasoning 3 tbsp
- 8 oz cream cheese
Place chicken on the bottom and add all other ingredients on top.
Cook for 2 hours on low / 4 hours on high or until chicken is cooked through.
Shred chicken, mix, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
