Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
Loving the flavors in this super simple & delicious chicken bacon ranch pasta salad. As always, add in all your favorites to make your perfect version. Perfect as a side dish, a lunch, or an easy weekly meal prep.

- 2 cups chicken
- 8 oz pasta uncooked
- 1/4 cup red pepper
- 1/4 cup peas
- 3/4 cup bacon
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
DRESSING
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning
- salt & pepper
Cook pasta & chicken, and bacon and allow to cool before adding to a large bowl.
Add in pepper, peas, green onion, and broccoli.
Mix dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add dressing to pasta salad and mix, evenly coating.
Store in the fridge, allow to chill before serving & enjoy!
DRESSING OPTIONS:
- if you do not prefer Greek yogurt, substitute with sour cream or blended cottage cheese.
- if you do not want to use mayo, use 1.5 cups of alternative mixed with ranch seasoning.
- sub ~1 cup ranch dressing if you prefer that.
