Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

This is incredibly easy to make and SO delicious! Perfect side dish for your spring & summer BBQ's and events. It can be made as a big batch for a party, or you can separate the ingredients and throw it together for a quick & easy lunch throughout the week. And, as always, you can tweak to however YOU would like it!
Servings 8 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken about 11 oz
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta 3 cups cooked
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomato
  • 1/2 cup caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta and chicken according to directions and allow to cool.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Allow time to chill before serving and enjoy!

Notes

-You can make all ingredients and store separately to throw together a quick lunch throughout the week. Keep the croutons and lettuce separate to ensure best quality, and only add dressing right before eating.
