Birthday Cake Bites
A super easy dessert or snack option that satisfies your sweet tooth without any guilt. They take a minimal amount of time and are perfect for a quick grab and go option.

- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 6 tbsp cashew butter heated
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp sprinkles
- ΒΌ tsp almond extract
Microwave cashew butter for ~30 seconds or until softened.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Add water, 1 tsp at a time, if mixture is dry or difficult to stir.
Taking a spoonful of batter at a time, roll into a small ball (recipe makes 8 total) and top with optional sprinkles.
Store in an airtight container or bag in the fridge and enjoy!
