6 Ingredient Healthy Chili

This is the absolute best chili you will ever make and it is also one of the easiest recipes you’ll ever make! The fun part is you can sneak in veggies and spice it up to your liking. We keep these ingredients on hand 24/7 in the fall and winter for a quick dinner on those busy nights. Bonus tip: buy in bulk at Costco or Sam’s :)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz
  • 2 cans tomato sauce 15 oz each
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can green chiles 4 oz
  • 1 packet chili seasoning

Instructions
 

CROCKPOT INSTRUCTIONS

  • While you brown ground meat on the stove, add all ingredients (except seasoning) to your crockpot.
  • When meat is cooked through, add to your crockpot along with your seasoning packet and stir.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours or until warm and enjoy!

STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large pot, brown ground meat.
  • When cooked through, add all other ingredients and stir.
  • Cover and cook on low-medium until heated through and enjoy!
