Quinoa: Be sure to read the package and cook correctly.
Parsley: Adds so much flavor! Add cilantro if you’d like as well.
Mix-ins: Swap or omit any ingredients that doesn’t sound good to you. That’s the fun part of this recipe! Add chicken for extra protein.
Lemon: I am a huge lemon fan, so I tend to add a lot. Start with 1/2 cup and add more 1/4 cup at a time as needed.
