Birthday Cake Bites

A super easy dessert or snack option that satisfies your sweet tooth without any guilt. They take a minimal amount of time and are perfect for a quick grab and go option.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 6 tbsp cashew butter heated
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles
  • ¼ tsp almond extract

Instructions
 

  • Microwave cashew butter for ~30 seconds or until softened.
  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Add water, 1 tsp at a time, if mixture is dry or difficult to stir.
  • Taking a spoonful of batter at a time, roll into a small ball (recipe makes 8 total) and top with optional sprinkles.
  • Store in an airtight container or bag in the fridge and enjoy!
