High Protein Burger Bowls

The perfect meal to prep on a Sunday and eat for lunch the whole week! It has so much flavor and honestly leaves me feeling more satisfied than eating an actual burger. You can customize to make it however you’d like, and the dressing adds so much to the bowl and is super macro friendly.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Ground meat
  • Choice of burger “toppings”
  • Greek yogurt (plain)
  • Mayo
  • Relish
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

RECIPE VARIATIONS

One of my favorite parts of this recipe is that it can be made however you prefer! Use any kind of ground meat and whatever burger “toppings” or mix-ins you choose. I added french fries for an optional crunch / carb.

Ingredients
  

Bowl

  • ground meat warmed or chilled
  • toppings of your choice

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 0.5 tbsp mayo
  • 0.5-1 tbsp relish
  • 0.5 tbsp ketchup
  • 0.5-1 tsp mustard

Instructions
 

  • Add all burger ingredients to a bowl and top with dressing! (If making ahead, store dressing separate until ready to enjoy.)

Notes

-Store dressing separate until ready to eat.
