WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Chicken
  • Hot sauce
  • Ranch seasoning (or dressing)
  • Cream cheese
  • Burrito tortillas
  • Tostadas
  • Topping choices

RECIPE VARIATIONS

  • Chicken: Use any kind that works for you, you’ll just need to shred it.
  • Ranch: I like to use the seasoning for more flavor / more macro friendly, but you can swap either way!
  • Cream cheese: Adds texture and flavor- swap for greek yogurt if looking for a more macro friendly option.
  • Tortillas: Burrito size! You’ll need 2 for each crunchwrap.
  • Tostadas: If you can’t find these, you can use a layer of tortilla chips as a substitute.
  • Toppings: whatever you want! Lettuce, tomato, beans, shredded cheese, jalapenos.

Servings 1 crunchwrap

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1/4-1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning or 1/4-1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 block cream cheese 4 oz
  • 2 tortillas burrito size

Instructions

  • Cook chicken in crockpot and shred. Add in hot sauce, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese. Mix and cook 10-15 minutes until cream cheese is softened.
  • Mix together and add optional 1/4 cup more hot sauce.
  • Wrap tortillas in a wet paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds. (This is ESSENTIAL to keep the wrap together!)
  • Layer cheese, buffalo chicken, tostada, and choice of topping on 1 tortilla. Then, cut a smaller circle from your 2nd tortilla and place it on the top.
  • Fold in the edges of your larger tortilla and hold tightly while adding to an oil lined pan on high heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes, flip, and give 3-5 more minutes. Cut & enjoy!
