Quick & Healthy Crockpot Salsa Chicken
Shortest recipe I’ll ever post because it’s just THAT simple! Another super easy dinner recipe- minimal effort & minimal ingredients! It’s a great weeknight dinner to throw in the crockpot for those busy nights when you want something quick, healthy, & delicious. This chicken can be used a variety of ways but tonight we’re doing burrito bowls.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Chicken Breast
- Taco Seasoning
- Salsa

Another super easy dinner recipe- minimal effort & minimal ingredients! It’s a great weeknight dinner to throw in the crockpot for those busy nights when you want something quick, healthy, & delicious. This chicken can be used a variety of ways but tonight we’re doing burrito bowls!
- 3 chicken breast
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 jar salsa 16 oz
Place chicken in crockpot and top with taco seasoning and salsa.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Shred chicken and mix together.
Enjoy in a burrito bowl, taco, salad, or on it's own!
