Quick & Easy Taco Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup rice uncooked
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup toppings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Cook rice and ground meat according to package.
  • Mix in water and taco seasoning to meat.
  • Add meat, rice, corn, beans, and mix.
  • Spread salsa in an even layer over mixture and top with cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking.
  • Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
