I'm so glad you are here! I'm Katie. My husband and I live in Louisville, KY with our mini-goldendoodle and our baby boy. While teaching full time, I was looking for a creative outlet and I had a huge passion for cooking, creating meals, and enjoying good food with friends and family. At the time, I was tracking macros and focused on creating recipes that were easy, macro-friendly, but were still delicious and enjoyable.
