I love a good batch of chicken salad that I can make on a Sunday and eat throughout the week. This is the perfect creamy recipe that has tons of flavor and is incredibly easy to make. I’ve switched up eating it with crackers, on a sandwich, lettuce wraps, peppers… there’s so many options!

Lemon Dill Chicken Salad

I love a good batch of chicken salad that I can make on a Sunday and eat throughout the week. This is the perfect creamy recipe that has tons of flavor and is incredibly easy to make. I've switched up eating it with crackers, on a sandwich, lettuce wraps, peppers… there's so many options!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast shredded and cooled
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 3 tbsp dill chopped
  • 1/2-1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery diced

Instructions
 

  • Cook and shred chicken then place in fridge for ~20 minutes to cool.
  • Add all other ingredients to your cooled chicken and mix!

-Adjust lemon and dill amounts to your liking!
