Hot Honey Chicken

My new favorite meal to prep on Sunday and put over rice & veggies for a week of easy, flavorful lunches. It’s so simple to make and packed with so much flavor, I truly can’t get enough!

  • Soy Sauce
  • Hot Honey
  • Garlic

Hot Honey Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4-1/2 cup hot honey depending on preferred spice level
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil on medium-high heat in a large pan.
  • Dice chicken into bite size pieces and add to heated olive oil. Cook for ~5 minutes.
  • Flip chicken and add honey, soy sauce, and garlic. NOTE: Sauce will become frothy, this is normal!
  • Cook for ~7-10 minutes at medium-high heat until chicken is coated in sauce and browned to your liking.

Notes

-Sauce will burn QUICKLY after 7-10 minutes, so be sure to keep a close eye and mix often.
