Cheesy Potato Egg Bites
New breakfast hyperfixation! Had these a few weeks ago at Starbucks and haven’t stopped thinking about them since so I knew I had to make my own. Sooo easy to make and store in the fridge for a super quick healthy breakfast!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Eggs
- Milk
- Diced Potatoes
- Shredded Cheese
- Chives
- Bacon
- Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt/Pepper
RECIPE VARIATIONS
- Potatoes: Diced potatoes work best, you could use hash browns too. Make sure they are cooked!
- Shredded Cheese: Whichever kind you prefer!
- Bacon: Swap for your choice of meat or skip.

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup diced potatoes cooke
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1-2 tbsp chives
- 4 strips bacon cooked & chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dash of pepper
