5-Ingredient Cookies & Cream Bites
Only 5 ingredients in these amazing cookies & cream bites! I’m a huge cookies & cream girl… could literally eat the entire pint of ice cream or pack of Oreos, so I needed a healthier option to enjoy. Obsessed with these for a sweet treat or middle of the day snack!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Oat Flour
- Honey or Maple Syrup
- Cashew Butter
- Oreos
- Vanilla Protein Powder
RECIPE VARIATIONS
- Oat flour: store bought or throw some oats in a blender!
- Maple syrup/honey: They work the same, use what’s best for you!
- Cashew butter: Works best for flavor, could experiment with other types that work for you. Most similar would probably be sunflower butter.
- Protein powder: Use what you have or skip it!
Cookies & Cream Bites

- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 6 oreos crushed
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended well.
Scoop one spoonful at a time and roll into a ball or use a cookie dough scoop. Recipe makes 8!
Store in the fridge for best quality & enjoy!
