Sub in a Tub

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Turkey
  • Provolone
  • Salami
  • Pepperoni
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Vinegar
  • Oil
  • Oregano
  • Garlic Salt

RECIPE VARIATIONS

  • Meats: Use whatever you want! These are the meats we used for this Italian sub.
  • Dressing: If you don’t want the typical oil and vinegar, add whatever you would like!
  • Meal Prep: If prepping for lunches, keep lettuce and dressing separate until ready to eat.

Ingredients
  

SUB

  • 2 slices turkey
  • 6 slices salami or 3 large slices
  • 2 sliced provolone
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 pieces lettuce

DRESSING

  • 1-2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp EVOO
  • garlic salt
  • oregano

Instructions
 

  • 1. Pile all sub ingredients and chop. Add to a tub/bowl and add olive oil, vinegar, garlic salt, and oregano. Mix & enjoy!

Notes

If you’re making as a meal prep option, keep lettuce and dressing separate until ready to eat.
