  • Coleslaw blend
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Greek yogurt
  • Vinegar
  • Mayo
  • Honey

RECIPE VARIATIONS

  • Pork: Swap for chicken if that’s more your thing!
  • Sweet potato: Fresh, frozen, diced, fries, regular instead of sweet, use your preference or whatever is easiest.
  • Coleslaw: buy premade or make your own!

Ingredients
  

BOWLS (Per 1 bowl)

  • 1/2 cup sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup pulled pork 3 oz
  • 1-2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw

COLESLAW

  • 4 cups coleslaw blend
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 2-3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Cook or heat sweet potato & pulled pork.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, mayo, vinegar, honey and pour over coleslaw.
  • Add coleslaw to pulled pork bowl (keep separate until ready to eat.) Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and enjoy!
