Ingredients
  

  • 2 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar bourbon seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together brown sugar seasoning, water, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl.
  • Place both pork chops in 1 plastic bag, then layer in another plastic bag to prevent leaking.
  • Pour marinade over pork chops and keep in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • Cook pork chops to 145° and let rest for 3-5 minutes before enjoying.
